The police should immediately investigate the conspiracy trial disclosure statutory declaration behind private investigator P. Balasundram who accuse Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was involved in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu.
Legal expert, Professor Salleh Buang (pictured) stressed that the inquiry is especially noteworthy because it involved a very serious charge against the number one nation.
According to him, the police can use it as an information disclosure on the likelihood of crime to begin investigations.
In fact, Salleh said Raja Petra also be drawn once the investigation is to determine the validity of the information disclosed.
"Whether the disclosure is true or otherwise, is important now is an investigation to determine the validity of Raja Petra's allegations.
"Not only this case but anyone who claimed to lie in the statutory declaration must be investigated.
"People also wanted to know whether the disclosure is true or not, can not be based on word of mouth (alleged) people," he said when contacted here today.
He said this when asked to comment on the exposure Raja Petra Kamarudin who claimed Balasundram sworn accounts accused the Prime Minister involved in the murder planned by the opposition.
