Ambiga Defense Programs For The Marginalized

Despite the criticism the various parties including the police decision to ban all activities Sexuality Independence in 2011, former Bar Council president Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan, still maintaining the organization of the alleged program provides an opportunity for the marginalized voice.

Bar Council president Lim Chee Wee, said they received information it may be the object of the program.

Lim Guan Eng confuse people

A Barisan Nasional (BN) today said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng as a clever trick to play in presenting the Supply Bill and the Development Estimates 2012 Motion.


Datuk Jasmin Mohamed (BN-Sungai Dua) said, know Lim was playing tricks with a deficit of high and goes on to state that the government had to save and manage its finances well to get over.

"Where is there a surplus? What is being done by the state government is not spending money in the budget up in accordance with the Audit Report, Office of the Chief Minister and State Secretary's Office only spent a total of 54 per cent of the approved budget," he said when discussing Bill at the State Legislative Assembly (DUN) Penang here.

He said when the money allocated for the benefit of the people is not spent, it was not a savings but it is a loss to the people.

"If the money allocated is not spent, then it shows the state government is inefficient and not transparent in the management of state finances," he said.

Jasmin said, what the state government was blinded them with the help of the people of Penang RM100 for senior citizens and children of gold when in fact the actual provision for the people is not spent.

"When people ask for help from JKKK (Village Development and Security Committee), they will say no provision, the state government does not give provision," he said.

He said the state government does not solve the problem of public facilities in rural areas and leave rural roads berlopak.

Jasmin said, although the allocation for infrastructure development is contained in the state budget, but the state government did not implement it and this means that the people in this country has been wasted.
