NKRA for Combating Corruption will establish a committee to identify the model act from foreign parties that have democratic practices similar to this country.
He said, the model act that the party will be reviewed suitability of the country is Canada, the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
"We are still in the research stage to suggest that the Act established political parties," he said.

Hisham said the study will be submitted to the Cabinet before submission to the House of Commons.
